Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom-made or personalized curtains cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Once approved, return the item to our address within 5 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
